Remove spray paint/ at least the drips...?

i spray painted a porcelain figure, and it turned out bad. probably Kentucky humidity.. drips and cracking. and also... a bug landed in it and ruined the face. :( so any ideas on how to fix it and keep it looking smooth? i think i should strip it.. ideas?Remove spray paint/ at least the drips...?
strip it and start over





spray with several light coats allowing each coat to dry well before applying the next, spray without wind and bugs t 14 inches away in light coats.
