Nail Polish remover? I thought we're talking about removing paint. Oh well, never know what people are thinking.

Latex paint in the carpet is easy -- soap, water, stiff brush and elbow grease. If it were oil base paint the turpentine would work great. Sometimes if the drips are big, they can be peeled right out.
Actually the product answer one gave is best to use but it's name is Oops and sold in most places like Lowe's or Home Depot in the paint section.
Purchase some OxyClean from Walmart. It works like magic
oopsy!

yea try that. i've heard people getting paint out with that.
