tide powder/pour it on then add water and let set/do it again and use brush to clean area and keep going until its cleanOil dripped onto tan-design painted concrete drive, How to remove it w/o removing paint?

you might try dawn dish detergent.. it works good at removing oil from all kinds of stuff.
